I started a new job today! I'm a Buyer at a company called Tetra Tech. On the first day I learned the following things: I like my new boss, he recently bought 2 ATV's which his wife did not approve; my cube neighbors are the older lady who is too slow for me, the guy that likes vodka "cause he's from the Ukraine" and his name is Alex and another guy who didn't make as strong of an impression as the others cause I don't remember his name. I'm probably going to like this gig once I catch on to all the lingo, jargon and acronyms!

11. Start My etsy Shop

Today I launched my etsy shop, ShadyWolfDesigns.etsy.com ! I have been working since before November of last year to figure out all of the different components to having a shop on etsy and figured that enough time has been wasted and I just needed to jump in and start doing!
The hardest part of the process was coming up with a shop name. I had several different names in mind but chose ShadyWolfDesigns as it has special meaning to me. Shea DeWolf should have been my birth name, however my last name ended up being Shedeed as my dad was adopted by my grandpa Shedeed when he was younger. I like to use this name as an alias sometimes and I often use it as username, though spelling variations do exist.
I intend to use ShadyWolfDesigns as a creative outlet to help me balance out my work-home-personal life. I enjoy creating beautiful things and hope that others will like some of the treasures that I put up for sale in my shop. I am excited about getting to share my energy and passion and I am looking forward to sharing what I create with the world!

- I was born and raised in Rapid City, SD. Loved growing up there and am a little sad that my theoretical kids won't be able to grow up there - unless, God forbid, I move back. I moved away for college to Omaha, NE. I went to Creighton University. Great education, great professors - not a good place for young people with an itch for action! I moved to Denver in August of 2004 and love it! I recommend that all people live in at least one other place besides their hometown - the world is so full of opportunities, we just have to move out of comfort zones!
